Demelza's annual golf day has raised a record-breaking £70,000.

The event took place at the London Golf Club on Friday (24 May) and around 100 people took part.

Participants joined in with a friendly competition, a two-course dinner and activities including a raffle and auction.

The winning team was Rural Living Developments, which was one of the event sponsors.

Demelza’s Philanthropy Manager, Ali Mulford, said: “It was an absolutely incredible day.

“The support throughout the room was amazing which resulted in this record-breaking total.

“I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone for their generosity and to all our sponsors who made the event possible – Penenden Heath Developments, Esquire Developments, Canham Homes, Rural Living Developments and Hillstone Homes.”
