Hayley Clark

Hayley first joined Demelza in 2007 in the voluntary services team, recruiting and supporting our vital and growing team of volunteers.

In 2009 she moved into the HR team where she spent almost nine years, before being appointed to the role of director of people and culture in 2021.

Hayley is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualified at level five and holds an AET (Award in Education and Training) qualification.

More than anything, Hayley is passionate about Demelza and our people and highlighting how every member of Team Demelza contributes in some way to the delivery of our amazing services. She is dedicated to the wellbeing and support of our staff, volunteers, families and supporters.
