Robin Cousins MBE

Robin Cousins MBE, Olympic figure skating gold medallist, has supported Demelza for more than 14 years.

Robin opened our hospice in Eltham in 2009 and attended its first anniversary the following year.

A frequent visitor at our open days, Robin has also brought his therapy dog Monty in on several occasions to meet children, appeared on the TV show All Star Family Fortunes on behalf of Demelza and is an avid user of social media to promote our work and help raise our profile.

Robin had a starring role in Demelza’s family quiz and took part in our #Shorts4ShortLives campaign in 2020 and 2021.
