Cheryl Baker

Cheryl Baker, TV presenter and singer who won the 1981 Eurovision Song Contest as a member of pop group Bucks Fizz, now The Fizz, has been a proud supporter of Demelza for more than 20 years.

Cheryl has presented shows such as Record Breakers and Eggs ‘n’ Baker and took part in ITV's Dancing on Ice in 2018.

Cheryl, who lives in Kent with her husband and twin daughters, has taken part in the London Marathon for Demelza, opened our shop in Tonbridge and regularly volunteers there and presented the hospice in Kent with a cold cot.

In 2020, Cheryl took part in our first virtual quiz, as well as playing a key role in our virtual celebration of Christmas. She has read at many of our Celebration of Christmas events over the years.
